Gillian is the lead ombudsman for complaints about the property sector.
An accredited mediator, Gillian has extensive experience in dispute resolution having worked for Citizens Advice and with trade unions. In addition, she has worked within the local government sphere for the Local Government Ombudsman, which included complaints about housing and planning.

Building on her knowledge and experience, Gillian then set up her own business, undertaking independent investigation and conciliation assignments in health and social care. Gillian is involved nationally with the regulation of healthcare professionals. She sits as a member of other tribunals and is currently a non executive director of a healthcare organisation.
