Elizabeth France is the Chief Ombudsman.  Elizabeth is the Telecommunications Ombudsman, the Energy Ombudsman and the Surveyors Ombudsman.  Though Elizabeth makes the Final Decision in a considerable number of cases, she is largely responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of the Final Decisions that the Ombudsman Team makes.  She is supported in her work by a team of three other Ombudsmen. 

• Dr Richard Sills takes the lead responsibility for Energy Ombudsman complaints
• Ian Smith takes the lead responsibility for Surveyors Ombudsman complaints
• Andrew Walker takes the lead responsibility for Otelo complaints
