OUTWORKERS
Fee paid – competitive day rate Home working
We are currently looking to increase our panel of outworkers to support increased and fluctuating complaint levels within our organisation.
The role of an outworker is to analyse all information relating to a case and present it in a clear and structured format.
Outworkers are paid on a fee basis and should be available to support our service on a temporary flexible basis based from home.
Successful applicants must be able to commit to an in-house training programme of 5 days plus up to another 6 days training throughout the year.
You should have access to a PC with Microsoft 2003 as our reporting case management system operates from this version only.
We would be interested in receiving applications from individuals with experience in the following areas:
Ombudsman/ dispute resolution service, regulatory or professional service/ legal backgrounds
Applicants must also demonstrate the following:
- Effective communications skills
- Analytical ability
- Capacity to make fair and reasoned decisions
- Personal organisation
