Having received a surveying degree from Liverpool John Moores University, John Baguley joined Colleys (the surveying arm of HBOS), where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1997.
After surveying and valuing residential property in the North West and commercial property in London, John moved to Colleys’ Central Support at HBOS Retail’s Head Office in Halifax as a Professional Services Manager, managing and resolving surveying complaints for the southern half of the UK and providing up-to-date technical and surveying advice to 400 surveyors.
John was appointed Assistant Ombudsman at Ombudsman Services in 2009, where he focuses on cases for the Energy Ombudsman Services. |
