After graduating from Sheffield City Polytechnic with a BA (Hons) in Public Administration, Sarah Daniel was a career Civil Service in the Department of Work and Pensions. She worked both in London and Warrington as an Adjudication and Appeals Officer representing the department in independent tribunals.
Based at the Australian Consulate in Manchester, Sarah set up and managed a team to complete a special exercise on behalf of the Australian Department of Social Security. After completing a short training period in Tasmania she organised the team to visit and assess the benefit entitlement of returning emigrants.
Sarah joined the Ombudsman Service in 2004 as an Investigation Officer and was soon promoted to Senior Investigation Officer. In 2009 Sarah was appointed Assistant Ombudsman. She specialises in Otelo work. |
