tOSl is a not-for-profit, private limited company, which provides ombudsman services to the telecoms, energy and surveying sectors. It is funded by its members.

We will provide a first-class service of dispute resolution for our members.

We will strive to be the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service of choice in the industries we serve.
 
We have created a model for dispute resolution which could be used in other industry sectors.  We will only consider additional work where we can be sure that we are adding value for our existing members and where the quality of service we provide can be maintained.
